Job summary

Cash America Pawn is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate to greet customers, assist with sales, loans and product inquiries. You will explain terms, complete paperwork and ensure a smooth, customer-focused experience. You will also help with processing transactions while following guidelines.

The role requires 18+, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a flexible weekend/holiday schedule. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; many locations offer flexible hours and growth

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs during shift.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends/holidays.
• 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and complete paperwork for pawn/loan services.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per policies.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value for decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
