Job summary

Kontoor Brands is seeking a Part Time Sales Associate to support sales performance and deliver an exceptional customer experience in our Sevierville store. You will assist customers, maintain merchandising standards, and help with day-to-day store operations, including opening/closing tasks and POS transactions.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 or older.
• Arrive on time for shifts and maintain a flexible schedule.
• Minimum availability of 12 hours per week including one weekend day.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform light to medium manual tasks.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and engage customers to learn interests and needs.
• Assist customers in fitting rooms and suggest products through upselling.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the floor organized and stocked.
• Process transactions accurately and maintain POS integrity.
