Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service and drive sales in a fast-paced store. You’ll greet customers, answer questions, restock, and process transactions at the register.

We look for friendly communicators, comfortable with technology, and able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. This role offers hourly pay starting at $11.00 with opportunities to grow as you support store goals.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old
• Available to work a flexible schedule
• Comfortable with technology (cash registers, handheld/mobile devices)
• Good communicator with customers
• Able to handle customer interactions courteously and professionally
• Able to learn procedures via on-the-job training

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly, acknowledge and help multiple customers
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations
• Promote store events and promotions to enhance shopping experience and sales
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternatives to turns returns into exchanges when possible
• Communicate needs to management about restocking, service requirements, and feedback
• Support team and company goals to promote a positive work environment
