Job summary

Five Below is seeking part-time Sales Associates to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced store environment. You will greet customers, answer questions, and help shoppers find items while maintaining organized merchandise and a welcoming checkout experience.

Ideal candidates are energized, reliable, and comfortable with technology. Flexible availability—including days, evenings, and weekends—is preferred to support our busy store operations.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years old.
• Available to work a flexible schedule.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (cash registers, handhelds, devices).
• Good communicator with the ability to engage with customers.
• Able to handle customer interactions professionally and courteously.
• Use basic information-gathering skills to solve problems.
• Learn procedural knowledge from on-the-job training.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers promptly and provide assistance.
• Understand and meet customer needs with product knowledge and recommendations.
• Engage in suggestive selling and inform customers about promotions.
• Resolve customer concerns and offer alternatives when needed.
• Communicate needs to management regarding restocking and service requirements.
