Go! Retail Group is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to support our calendars.com retail location in Wisconsin. You will greet customers, guide them through the sales process, and operate the POS system to complete purchases.

You should be friendly, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with flexible availability for weekends and evenings. No extensive retail experience is required, but prior customer service helps; training will cover promotions, calendars.com

Qualifications

• No prior retail experience required, though 3 months is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work weekends and evenings; flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer when they walk through the entry
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity
• Offer current promotions and special offers
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately
• Provide service using calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store orders
