Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High-School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to use technology for sales and customer support including CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
• Achieve personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Provide attentive service to all customers and build loyalty.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and demo/educate customers.
• Guide the customer from interest to purchase, focusing on quotes and closing.
• Conduct customer outreach using company tools and methods.
• Identify and resolve customer issues for a positive shopping experience.
• Maintain a welcoming store and follow visual merchandising standards.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, inventory and promotions.
• Utilize sales data and reports to prioritize tasks and support daily operations.
• Follow company policies, maintain safety, and minimize risks.
• Meet or exceed individual sales goals and KPIs.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
