Lovesac in Charlotte, NC is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to create a welcoming in-store experience and help customers design our modular furniture for their space. You will engage customers with Lovesac selling techniques, build relationships, and drive sales while maintaining store standards.

The role emphasizes flexible hours, strong product knowledge, and commitment to customer satisfaction. It includes potential travel between local stores and remote shifts as needed.

Qualifications

• High-School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to travel as required to local stores and meetings.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in handling customer data and ensuring safety.

Responsibilities

• Actively engage with customers using Lovesac selling techniques.
• Achieve personal sales goals and KPIs.
• Provide attentive service to all customers and build loyalty.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively demo, educate customers.
• Guide customers from first interest to purchase, managing quotes and closing the sale.
• Oversee store operations including opening/closing, inventory, and promotions.
• Utilize sales data and reports to prioritize daily tasks.
• Follow company policies to minimize risks and ensure safety.
