Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to support daily store operations and customer service. You will greet customers, drive sales with the Five Steps to a Sale, and promote current offers while accurately processing transactions at the POS.

Responsibilities include stocking, merchandising, receiving shipments, and maintaining a clean, inviting store environment. Prior retail exposure is a plus, with emphasis on friendly service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• No retail experience is necessary, however at least 3 months of retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a Friendly, professional demeanor.
• Enthusiasm about being an impactful and innovative leader.
• Self-motivated, passionate about the work you put out, lead with optimism and a solution-oriented mindset.
• High integrity, accountability, reliability, and responsible individual who is open to feedback.

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer when they walk through the entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Offer current promotions and special offers.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive service by utilizing calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Maintain a store environment that meets visual merchandising standards, engages your consumer, and stimulates them to buy.
• Receive and place new shipments.
• Reset features and promotions as directed.
• Complete regular housekeeping tasks.
