Job summary

Go! Retail Group is seeking a Sales Associate for part-time hours in a Pittsburgh store. You will greet customers, apply the five-step sale process, and operate the POS system while delivering friendly, professional service.

Responsibilities include maintaining merchandising standards, processing shipments, and supporting promotions. Prior retail exposure is a plus; strong communication and a positive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• No retail experience is required, however at least 3 months of retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a Friendly, professional demeanor
• Self-motivated, passionate about the work you put out, lead with optimism and a solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Greet every customer when they walk through the entry.
• Execute Five Steps to a Sale at every opportunity.
• Operate the Point of Sale system accurately.
• Provide comprehensive service by utilizing calendars.com, email marketing, and in-store special orders.
• Maintain a store environment that meets visual merchandising standards and engages customers.
