Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Experience with retail checkout systems is a plus and bilingual applicants are encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services, explaining terms.
• Process sales and loan activity following guidelines and regulations.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to guide buying decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Assist with opening/closing tasks and store operations.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
