Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Full-Time Retail Sales Associate to join our Tennessee stores. You will greet customers, assist with sales, pawn and loan services, and help maintain a clean, organized sales floor to improve the customer experience.

You will earn hourly pay plus commission up to 8%, with earned wage access after day 2 and employee discounts from day one. The role includes medical/dental/vision, life and supplemental benefits, 401(k) auto-enrollment after 6 months, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Firearms in FFL locations; certification provided.
• Strong customer service and teamwork mindset.
• Basic math and computer skills; experience with retail checkout systems a plus.
• Bilingual applicants encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Explain terms and complete paperwork for pawn and short-term loans.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately per guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise condition and value for buying/selling/loans.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
