Job summary

FirstCash Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate in Hammond, IN. The role offers $15.00–$18.00 per hour plus unlimited commission and benefits from Earned Wage Access and employee discounts.

You will help customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries while maintaining a clean sales floor and following regulatory guidelines. The position supports pawn and short-term loan services, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and allows flexible weekend/holiday shifts.

Qualifications

• 18+ years old with a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible retail schedule, including weekends and holidays.
• Firearms in FFL locations; certification provided (where applicable).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers with sales, loans, and product inquiries.
• Support customers with pawn and short-term loan services by explaining terms and completing paperwork.
• Process sales and loan activity accurately while following company and regulatory guidelines.
• Evaluate merchandise for condition and value to support buying, selling, and loan decisions.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and merchandise displays.
• Handle cash and negotiable items responsibly.
• Support store operations, including basic opening/closing tasks.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Complete required training and follow company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Commission Information
Associates can earn 2–8% commission based on individual performance. Full details are provided during the interview process.
