In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service at the point of sale and in customer service processes, focusing on consistent execution and operational efficiency. You will handle transactions quickly while creating a compelling customer experience.

What You’ll Do

1. Engage customers by greeting them and offering assistance, operate a cash register, scan items, bag merchandise, and handle different payment methods.
2. Execute point of sale and customer service standards accurately and efficiently, providing courteous, friendly, and fast service.
3. Meet or exceed individual goals such as credit and loyalty.
4. Support inventory accuracy through proper completion of all point of sale and merchandise disposition practices.
5. Assist in training new hires on the service team, including best practices, proper procedures, and using available tools, while adhering to Kohl’s brand standards.
6. Participate in daily service processes such as register and cash balancing, change orders, and replenishing supplies.
