Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. in Lebanon, TN is seeking a part-time Retail Production Associate to assist in preparing donated Softline and Hardline merchandise.

You will sort, price, and produce items in a quota-driven environment while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. The role supports backroom and production operations to ensure merchandise is ready for the sales floor, following Goodwill’s values of teamwork and empowerment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail/production/warehouse or customer-facing roles preferred but not required.
• Bilingual skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient production output by keeping a clean, organized, and safe production area.
• Accurately sort, tag, price, and prepare donated Softline and Hardline merchandise.
• Work in a quota-driven environment to meet productivity while maintaining quality.
• Use pricing tools or POS systems to ensure accurate pricing.
• Prepare merchandise to be shop-ready with correct presentation and guidelines.
• Assist with daily production tasks to support store readiness and inventory flow.
