Job summary

Goodwill Industries of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is seeking a Retail Production Associate to support efficient store operations by preparing donated Softline and Hardline merchandise through sorting, pricing, and production activities.

You will work under supervision to meet quota-driven production goals while maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and safety. The role supports backroom operations and ensures merchandise is ready for the sales floor throughout the day.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in retail, production, warehouse, or customer-facing roles preferred.
• Knowledge and Skills: follow production processes, safety guidelines, and maintain accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Sort, tag, price and prepare donated merchandise to established standards.
• Operate within quota-driven production, ensuring quality is the priority.
• Follow safety guidelines and report hazards or issues to leadership.
• Support opening/closing routines and coordinate movement between production areas.
