Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana is hiring a part-time Retail Associate in Bedford, IN. You will support store operations, assist with donations, cashier duties, and eCommerce packaging as needed. The role requires strong customer service, teamwork, and the ability to handle physical tasks.

Excellent communication, attention to detail, and time management are essential to ensure a clean, organized sales floor and efficient backroom operations. Training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders and maintains a balanced drawer.
• Provides information about Goodwill programs to educate customers.
• Maintains a clean and organized sales floor and backroom.
• Sorts donations and prepares items for display or storage.
• Operates and assists with pallet jack, conveyor belt, and carts as needed.
• Ensures proper tagging, pricing, and product movement per standards.
