Goodwill Legacy Group is hiring a part-time Retail Associate at the Connersville, IN location. The role supports store management by performing cashier duties, donation processing, eCommerce tasks, and floor maintenance.

You may rotate through positions such as Cashier, Textiles/WAres Producer, and Rack/Cart Runner to meet daily store goals. Ideal candidates enjoy customer service, can work in a fast-paced environment, and handle regular physical tasks.

Qualifications

• No degree required; capability and willingness to learn are valued.
• Customer service orientation and ability to work with diverse customers.
• Ability to perform physical tasks and work a shift of at least 8 hours if needed.

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders and maintains a balanced drawer.
• Answers questions and educates customers about Goodwill programs.
• Maintains cleanliness of the sales floor and organizes merchandise.
• Assists in multiple roles (Cashier, Textiles/WAres Producer, Donation Door Attendant, eCommerce Producer, e-Books Producer, Rack/Cart Runner) as needed.
• Loads and unloads donations and operates related equipment when required.
