Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently manage product placement, inventory, and displays in various retail stores. You’ll collaborate with store teams, support seasonal resets, and may work with other products in assigned stores.

This role requires visiting multiple locations, flexible hours around holidays, and lifting merchandise as needed. Starting pay ranges from $13.75 to $15.75 per hour with paid training and voluntary benefits for part-time employees.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, write and understand English.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and 30 pounds frequently.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device for store tasks and reading documents.
• Must have access to a Wi-Fi network and internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products within assigned stores using a mobile device.
• Support seasonal changes, extended hours, and holiday-related store needs.
• Assist with installations and resets of Hallmark fixtures and card departments.
• Collaborate within Hallmark's field network to support teammates across territories.
