Job summary

Hallmark Cards is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently manage in-store product placement and inventory, collaborating with local store teams to optimize displays. You’ll be the face of Hallmark, building retailer relationships and supporting seasonal resets and installations.

Travel to multiple stores, work with a mobile device, and adapt to holiday-driven schedules. The role offers paid training and voluntary benefits for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• You have the ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• You have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to consistent transportation to travel to and between assigned stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor the inventory of Hallmark products within and outside the Hallmark department.
• Holiday support: additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Department Resets: installations and various tasks like building and installing Hallmark fixtures, relocating card departments and products, as well as resetting card sections.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers in their territories.
