CROSSMARK in Crestview, FL is hiring a part-time Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative to promote nationally distributed products. You will gain shelf placement, build displays, stock shelves, and build rapport with store staff while traveling to multiple stores within your territory.

Must be 18+, able to lift up to 50 lbs, and use a smart device. Competitive weekly pay, paid training, travel reimbursement, and a flexible daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends offered.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to lift 25lbs regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Sell and build product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
