CROSSMARK in Tampa seeks a part-time Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative to promote national brands in convenience and retail stores. You’ll establish strong relationships with store management, secure shelf placement, and maintain compelling product displays to drive availability and visibility.

The role offers a flexible daytime schedule, paid training, and mileage reimbursement. You’ll work independently across a territory, with opportunities to grow within the CROSSMARK network.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.
• Able to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physically able to regularly lift 25lbs and up to 50lbs.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores in a territory.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Sell and build product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
