Job summary

CROSSMARK is seeking a part-time Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative in Ocala, FL. You will promote nationally distributed products, build shelf displays, and maintain planogram compliance across multiple stores. The role emphasizes friendly, professional store relations and territory travel.

Ideal candidates are 18+, comfortable with smart devices, and able to lift up to 50 lbs. Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred, with paid training and mileage reimbursement

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Comfortable using a smart device.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• Physical ability to lift 25lbs regularly and up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Must have reliable transportation and willingness to travel to multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Sell and build product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
