Job summary

CROSSMARK in Rochester, NY is seeking a part-time Retail Sales & Merchandising Representative to promote nationally recognized products in convenience and retail stores. You will build relationships with store personnel, manage shelf placement, and ensure pricing and signage accuracy.

The role offers a flexible daytime schedule, paid training, mileage reimbursement, and benefits. Candidates should be able to travel across stores in the territory and lift up to 50 lbs as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Must be comfortable using a smart device.

Responsibilities

• Gain shelf placement by selling new and promotional items.
• Sell and build product displays.
• Stock shelves with products.
• Build rapport with store management and staff.
• Ensure planogram compliance with correct pricing and signage.
• Monitor inventory levels and suggest order quantities to management.
