Imperial Distributors, Inc. is seeking a part-time Retail Merchandiser to support supermarket partners by keeping inline categories well stocked, organized, and visually appealing.

The role focuses on driving profitable sales, building in-store relationships, and representing IDI through excellent customer service. Responsibilities include store visits, stocking shelves, setting up displays, managing inventory, and completing weekly reports via tablet.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior experience in retail, grocery, food service, or merchandising is preferred.
• Basic computer skills – login and password, follow simple instructions.
• Knowledge of product and/or experience with merchandising general merchandise or health and beauty care products preferred.
• Ability to read and write short correspondence and memos.
• Ability to present information to customers, clients, and employees.
• Ability to perform operations with money, units of measurement, and basic math.
• Your own/reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Make regularly scheduled store visits.
• Ensure inline General Merchandise categories are well stocked and maintained.
• Place/Maintain displays (set up promotional and sales displays, introduction and cut-in of new items).
• Build relationship with store managers and employees.
• Maintain shelf conditions by keeping sections clean and organized.
• Tag/price compliance.
• Reorder products that you service.
• Maintain inventory levels for inline sections and cross merchandise.
• Prepare and complete weekly service reports for submission via tablet.
• Manage back stock ensuring product is worked to shelf.
• Ensure planogram compliance at shelf.
• Other duties as assigned.
