Job summary

Imperial (IDI) is seeking self-motivated Support Merchandisers to assist the team in delivering exceptional service to our supermarket partners. This role covers district-wide merchandising tasks, including stocking shelves and creating appealing displays.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators who thrive in a physical work environment and are willing to travel throughout MA/CT. Schedule is Mon-Fri with opportunities to support route merchandisers and ensure planogram compliance.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to follow simple instructions and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with basic computer tasks and data entry.
• Willingness to travel within the region as needed.

Responsibilities

• Build strong relationships with store management.
• Ensure inline General Merchandise and Health, Beauty, Wellness categories are stocked and maintained.
• Maintain merchandising standards for displays and cross-merchandising locations.
• Train new team members on job expectations and tasks in customer stores.
• Cover and travel to assigned customer stores as directed by management.
• Process orders to maintain stock levels and maximize sales.
