Job summary

Channel Partners is hiring a Part-Time Retail Merchandising Representative to service stores within a 15-mile radius of your home. You will work on a weekly or bi-weekly basis with 5–10 hours per week, scheduling varies by season.

Compensation includes an in-store and online training hourly rate of $13.25 per hour. Benefits cover drive time, mileage, travel pay, sick time, and weekly pay. This role offers training and growth across multiple part-time/full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of retail and merchandising operations.
• Reliable transportation to stores within 15 miles of home.
• Internet access with printing and downloading capabilities.
• Smart device with data plan, app download capability, and photo upload.
• Active email address and phone with voicemail.
• Strong communication skills in person, by phone and via email.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and complete projects by deadlines.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use basic tools such as a screwdriver, box cutter and hammer.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned merchandising projects accurately and on time, including stocking and organizing products, auditing placement, tagging/signing items, collecting data, setting displays, and maintaining planograms.
• Accurately report all completed in-store projects through a mobile app, including answering project-related questions and uploading required photos.
• Make routine decisions, escape store issues when needed, manage schedules to meet deadlines, and resolve basic service-related issues.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store personnel to support company and client goals.
• Create and foster cooperative relationships with Channel Partners employees including peers, Channel Partners corporate employees, partners and managers.
• Lift up to 10–50 pounds depending on load; stand/walk up to 4 hours; reach, bend and climb occasionally.
