Job summary

Channel Partners is seeking a Part-Time Merchandising Representative to service retail stores in the local area with a flexible schedule. You will work on merchandising tasks within a 15-mile radius of home, averaging 3–8 hours weekly, with workload varying seasonally.

Compensation includes an in-store and online training hourly rate of $13.25, plus benefits like paid training, travel pay, and weekly pay. This role offers growth across part-time and full-time positions within a growing company.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of retail and merchandising operations.
• Reliable transportation to stores within 15 miles of home.
• Internet access with printing and downloading capabilities.
• Smart device with data plan and photo upload capability.
• Active email and phone with voicemail.
• Strong communication skills in person, by phone and email.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivated with strong time management and problem-solving.
• Ability to use basic tools such as a screwdriver, box cutter and hammer.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned merchandising projects accurately and on time, including stocking and organizing products, auditing placement, tagging/signing items, collecting data, setting displays, and maintaining planograms.
• Accurately report all completed in-store projects through a mobile app, including answering project-related questions and uploading required photos.
• Make routine decisions, elevate store issues when needed, manage schedules to meet deadlines, and resolve basic service-related issues.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store personnel to support company and client goals.
• Create and foster cooperative relationships with Channel Partners employees including peers, Channel Partners corporate employees, partners and managers.
• Lift up to 10 pounds for most tasks; stand and walk up to 4 hours at a time.
