Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service retail locations within the assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.

This route typically averages 5 hours per week and, in some areas, up to 10 hours per week, with starting pay of $13.00 per hour. No prior merchandising experience is required; virtual training and ongoing support are provided. Travel between locations is reimbursed, with flexible scheduling in your local market.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Stocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
• Updating planograms and product displays.
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets.
• Applying security tags and labels.
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app.
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores.
