Channel Partners is seeking a Part-Time Retail Merchandising Representative to service stores within a 15-mile radius of your home. You will handle merchandising tasks, reporting via a mobile app, and coordinate with store personnel on a flexible, weekly schedule.

Responsibilities include stocking, tagging, data collection, and maintaining planograms. This role offers pay per hour, weekly pay, and training, with the potential for growth across part-time and full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of retail and merchandising operations.
• Reliable transportation to stores within a 15-mile radius of your home.
• Internet access with printing/downloading capabilities.
• Regular access to a smart device with data plan and photo upload capability.
• Active email address and phone with voicemail.
• Strong communication skills in person, by phone and via email.
• Ability to organize, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Self-motivation with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use basic tools like a screwdriver, box cutter and hammer.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned merchandising projects accurately and on time, including stocking and organizing products, auditing placement, tagging/signing items, collecting data, setting displays, and maintaining planograms.
• Accurately report all completed in-store projects through a mobile app, including answering project-related questions and uploading required photos.
• Make routine decisions, elevate store issues when needed, manage schedules to meet deadlines, and resolve basic service-related issues.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with store personnel to support company and client goals.
• Create and foster cooperative relationships with Channel Partners employees including peers, Channel Partners corporate employees, partners and managers.
