Footprint Solutions is seeking a Merchandiser to independently service retail locations in the Houston area, ensuring products and displays meet client standards.

The role involves stocking shelves, updating planograms, completing audits, and building relationships with store personnel. No experience required; virtual training and ongoing support provided. Part-time hours typically around 5–10 per week, with travel within local markets.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Able to communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to follow written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations within assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store staff and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
