Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to independently service local retail locations, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. The role involves stocking shelves, updating planograms, and submitting reports via a mobile app.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, reliability, and the ability to work independently. No experience required—virtual training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide accurate reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel effectively.
• Ability to understand and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations within the assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
