Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations within a designated territory. You will maintain displays, update planograms, and complete audits while working independently. Travel between local stores is required, with support and virtual training provided.

The role offers a flexible schedule, early wage access, and a company 401(k) match where eligible. No experience is required, but merchandising or retail exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and report via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports through a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
