Job summary

Footprint Solutions is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations in the Houston area. You will update planograms, stock shelves, complete audits, and engage with store staff to meet client standards.

Ideal candidates are reliable, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with a mobile device for reporting. Travel within the territory is required; prior merchandising or retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and provide timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to effectively communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Service retail locations independently to ensure products and displays meet client standards.
• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store associates and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working in stores.
