Footprint Solutions is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to service retail locations in the local market, ensuring displays and stock meet client standards. The role offers flexible hours and travel within the assigned territory.

The position involves organizing shelves, updating planograms, auditing stores, and collaborating with store personnel. Prior merchandising or retail experience is a plus, with virtual training and ongoing support provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently while providing timely reporting via a mobile device.
• Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented.
• Previous merchandising or retail experience is a plus.
• Able to communicate with store personnel.
• Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise
• Update planograms and product displays
• Completing audits, surveys, and reporting
• Assisting with store refreshes and resets
• Applying security tags and labels
• Taking photos and submitting reports through a mobile app
• Building professional relationships with store associates and management
• Communicating directly with your District Manager while working independently in stores
