Job summary

Footprint Solutions seeks a part-time Merchandiser to service retail locations across the assigned territory, ensuring products and displays meet client standards. You will independently manage shelves, planograms, and store resets, while coordinating with the District Manager as needed.

This role offers a flexible local schedule, travel between locations, early wage access, and a company 401(k) with match where eligible. No prior merchandising experience required; virtual training provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email.
• Ability to work independently and report accurately via mobile device.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and organize merchandise.
• Update planograms and product displays.
• Complete audits, surveys, and reporting.
• Assist with store refreshes and resets.
• Apply security tags and labels.
• Take photos and submit reports via a mobile app.
• Build professional relationships with store staff and management.
• Communicate with District Manager while working independently in stores.
