Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, restocking Hallmark products, organizing displays, and maintaining inventory while collaborating with store teams.

You will support seasonal resets, installations, and cross-store coordination, with a flexible, 8–10 hour weekly schedule and occasional weekend shifts during holidays.

Applicants must be 18+, fluent in English, able to lift up to 50 pounds, and have reliable transportation; training is provided.

Qualifications

• Age requirement: at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• Access to consistent transportation to travel to and between stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory; communicate with supervisor; manage displays at assigned stores.
• Holiday support: seasonal demand; extended hours and possible weekend work around major holidays.
• Department resets: help install fixtures, relocate departments, and reset card sections; two weeks’ notice for remodels; may include evenings or weekends.
