Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores across Oregon. You’ll restock, organize, and monitor inventory in Hallmark departments using a mobile device, coordinating with store teams to maintain attractive displays and ensure product availability.

The role includes holiday-driven scheduling, weekend work when needed, and collaboration with the One Team network of merchandisers.

Qualifications

• You're at least 18 years of age.
• You're able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents and interpret information.
• Have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Have reliable transportation to travel to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory within assigned stores; use a mobile device for merchandising activities and communicate with your supervisor.
• Holiday support: assist during peak seasons with extended hours and occasional weekend work.
• Department resets: participate in installations, fixture setups, and card department relocations with advance notice.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with a network of merchandisers across territories.
