Job summary

Hallmark Cards in Alabama is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to work independently, restock and organize product displays, and maintain inventory across assigned retail stores. You will engage with store teams, support seasonal resets, and be the face of Hallmark in-store.

Ideal candidates are 18+, fluent in English, able to lift up to 30 pounds (50 occasionally), and comfortable using a handheld device and Wi‑Fi for merchandising tasks. Avail for weekends during holidays.

Qualifications

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You can read, write and understand English.
• You can grasp, pull, lift, and carry products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• You can operate a digital hand-held device to open and read documents.
• You have access to a Wi‑Fi network and the internet.
• You have access to transportation to travel to and between stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products using a handheld device and communicate with your supervisor.
• Holiday support: work additional days and extended hours around major holidays, including weekends.
• Department resets: install and relocate fixtures and reset card sections with advance notice for remodels.
• One Team Vision: support other merchandisers in the network as needed.
