Job summary

American Greetings is seeking a part-time Merchandiser to service multiple retail locations in Louisiana, including Morgan City. You will display and maintain inventory of greeting cards, gift wrap, and party goods, and work independently with strong organization and time-management skills.

Typical hours are flexible, with around 8 hours per week and potential increases near holidays; paid training is provided, and a 401(k) with company match is offered.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Reliable transportation to service multiple locations.
• Reliable internet access for updates and training.
• Comfortable using a company-provided tablet for tasks.

Responsibilities

• Service stores on assigned routes, merchandising and organizing orders.
• Display products within greeting card departments and maintain backroom areas.
• Communicate scheduling or service questions with management.
• Work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong time management.
• Build relationships with store staff during daytime hours.
• Assist with store resets, fixture adjustments, or product relocation as needed.
• Plan weekly service workload using a company-issued tablet.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
