Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. Sierra store is hiring a retail associate to deliver a high-quality customer experience on the sales floor. You’ll engage customers, process transactions, maintain store standards, and support loss prevention and merchandising procedures.

We’re looking for friendly communicators who can multi-task, work a flexible schedule, and contribute to a positive store culture. Prior retail experience is preferred; associate discounts and benefits are available to eligible team

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
