Job summary

JACHS NY is seeking a part-time Sales Supervisor for our New York menswear pop-up, reporting as Leader on Duty and partnering with the Store Manager to drive sales and brand standards.

You will coach a team on the sales floor, deliver elevated customer experiences, and manage daily operations while ensuring the store meets performance goals and maintains visual and service excellence.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail leadership or supervisory experience in boutique, specialty, premium, or customer-focused retail environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team, coach selling behaviors, and drive sales results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer-focused selling skills with the ability to build relationships, provide product expertise, and create memorable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team in achieving daily sales goals and key performance metrics through active coaching, floor leadership, and strong selling behaviors.
• Monitor business performance, identify opportunities, and adjust priorities to maximize results.
• Coach associates to deliver thoughtful recommendations and experiences that drive customer loyalty and repeat business.
• Oversee daily store operations as Leader on Duty, ensuring brand standards and exceptional customer service.
