Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers and donors.
• Operate cash register and process transactions according to company policy.
• Open or close the store and complete assigned leadership duties.
• Prepare nightly reports and assist with bank deposits as needed.
• Support loss prevention and store safety practices.
• Stock, rotate, and merchandise products using the One Touch Method.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe sales floor.
• Load and unload merchandise shipments as needed.
• Follow all safety and security procedures.
