Job summary

Everything But Water in Naperville, IL is seeking a part-time Key Holder to support store leadership and deliver exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Manager to cover shifts and, at times, supervise Sales Associates while upholding brand standards and store appearance.

As a Key Holder, you will demonstrate the company's selling model, engage customers, keep the sales floor organized, and help reach daily sales goals.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in retail sales.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Availability must include nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong customer engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Works closely with Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to support business needs, adequate shift coverage and at times supervise Sales Associates.
• Consistently deliver exceptional customer service by demonstrating the company’s selling model in a confident and knowledgeable manner.
• Maintain brand standards around cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation standards.
• Demonstrate an understanding of sales goals and align behaviors accordingly.
