Job summary

vineyard vines is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder to join our Alpharetta store. You’ll coach and develop the team, open and close the store, and help drive sales while delivering the brand’s everyday good life experience to customers.

You should have at least one year of retail leadership, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work weekends. This role offers 20–30 hours weekly with seasonal peak periods and a fun, values-driven team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year’s work experience in retail leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Charismatic personality with a love for Vineyard Vines and community.
• Proven track record in driving sales with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to help the store meet or exceed financial goals and deliver memorable customer experiences.
• "Host the party" and communicate Vineyard Vines core values to customers through the team.

• Execute door-to-floor concepts from receiving shipments to floor setup with new inventory.
• Focus on people development through ongoing training for current and new crew.
