Job summary

Vineyard Vines in Bethesda, MD is seeking a Part-Time Keyholder at Montgomery Mall. You will partner with store leadership to coach and develop the team, open and close the store, and drive sales in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll focus on guest experience, embody our brand values, and mentor Crew while supporting community engagement. Weekend availability and 20–30 hours per week are typical requirements for this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year’s work experience in retail leadership or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
• Charismatic personality and love for the vineyard vines brand.
• Proven track record in driving sales with strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading and mentoring a team.
• Team-focused, confident and professional.
• Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales to meet/exceed store goals.
• Host the party and communicate brand values to customers.

• Execute door-to-floor responsibilities from receiving shipments to setting floor.
