Zwilling is seeking a part-time Retail Keyholder for the Woodburn Factory Store in Woodburn, OR. The role focuses on leadership, customer service, and helping the store meet sales goals.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, reliable, and a team player who can manage opening/closing duties and assist with events. The position requires a flexible schedule including nights and weekends with strong emphasis on customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Culinary passion and interest in kitchenware.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Commitment to customer service and continuous improvement.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Professional attitude and adaptability to change.
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs or more and use a ladder safely.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.

Responsabilités

• Lead shift responsibilities and support store operations.
• Open/close store; manage POS and assets.
• Partner with manager on day-to-day needs.
• Replenish inventory to maintain stock levels.
• Deliver stellar customer service to maximize sales.
• Maintain product presentation per standards.
• Lead product demonstrations and assist with events.
• Collaborate with Events Manager on special events.
