Job summary

PHOENIX Retail, LLC, operator of Express and Bonobos, is seeking a Part-Time Retail Sales Associate Keyholder for the Charleston Outlets location. You will deliver an inviting in-store experience and support opening and closing procedures.

Key responsibilities include balancing registers, processing transactions efficiently, supporting product launches, and driving credit and loyalty programs while maintaining a clean, safe sales floor and collaborating with the store team.

Qualifications

• High School or Equivalent required.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience; minimum 6 months.
• Proficient with iPad and cash registers.
• Availability including nights, weekends and non-business hours.
• Must meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Open and close procedures: balance registers, deposits, and security system activation.
• Process transactions quickly and accurately; reduce customer wait times.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve issues; escalate when needed.
• Drive credit and loyalty programs by explaining benefits and encouraging participation.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor, fitting room, and stockroom.
