Job summary

Washington Square Mall in Tigard, OR is seeking a part-time key holder to join the Portland Luggage team. The ideal candidate will interact with a diverse range of customers, provide excellent service, handle cash responsibly, and grow product knowledge in travel goods.

The role requires flexibility for scheduling and the ability to open/close the store, with deposits and paperwork at closing. Prior customer service and cash handling experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Authorization to work in the U.S.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Schedules are usually set, but some flexibility for vacations; emergencies; education; and sick days will be required.

Responsibilities

• Open/close the store.
• Communicate proactively and effectively with the customers.
• Resolve complex challenges to provide quality service.
• Maintain the cleanliness of the store.
• Communicate any challenges with the Washington Square management team and corporate representatives.
• Prepare opening/closing paperwork including deposits at the end of business hours.
