WIS International is hiring a part-time Retail Inventory Supervisor for the Phoenix Valley Area. The role offers flexible scheduling, paid training, and opportunities to earn a $200 referral bonus. Starting wage is $19.00–$21.00 per hour with benefits including 401(k) and health plans.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management skills.
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills focused on providing solutions when faced with challenges.
• Ability to work flexible schedules with varying hours in support of the District Manager and customer commitments.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for resolving inventory related concerns and partner with the District Managers and Area Managers driving operational excellence.
• Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations.
