Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum of two years of experience as an Inventory Associate or similar role.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance are essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong time management.
• Customer service and conflict resolution skills to provide solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Inventory Associates.
• Follow a clear, consistent workflow.
• Serve as primary contact for inventory-related concerns; partner with District and Area Managers to drive excellence.
• Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Travel to retail locations as needed.
